MenSpeak meets Chi Gong at Camden’s community centre, The Pirate Castle. Hosted by Aaron, an acupuncturist and Chi Gong master, who will guide newbies and veterans alike, through an exploration of our subtle energy fields, with breathing and meditation exercises.
We’ll start with a quick check-in at 7pm sharp, as usual, so please arrive by 6.45pm if you can so you can get changed, we can say “hi” and settle before getting into Aaron’s class.
Aaron will be taking the class after our check-in and before our check-out. No need to bring anything other than comfortable, loose clothing, so you can just show up and let your body flow…
