Let’s hang out quietly for a change, getting out of our thoughts, emotions and processes and into the quiet magic of creative flow with Andy D’Cruz (my brother) who has been teaching life drawing for decades to newbies who have never put pencil / charcoal to paper and artists, architects and anyone who fancies a go.

We’ll start with a quick check-in at 7pm sharp, as usual, soplease arrive by 6.45pm if you can so we can say “hi” and settle before getting into Andy’s art zone.

Doors close at 7.10pm, though please phone me if you’re going to be late or you’re lost so I can let you in. 07957 350034.

Andy will be leading the session after our check-in and before our check-out. He’ll be bringing his easels and all the materials we need, so you need just show up and let flow…

I’m no artist, though I managed to relax into Andy’s art class – with his gentle guidance – and express myself beyond judgement, fear and self-criticism and man it felt good.

Feel free to invite (male) friends, whether they’re into MenSpeak Men’s Groups or not.
